For this you can always peep into your past and remember the kind of games you enjoyed playing. Do you remember when you used to play with the chalk piece and draw all kinds of cartoons. All these are fun playing and you can always play these games with the child you are taking care of. It is important that you take the permission of the child's parents. Because occasionally you can come who think it is terrible to have art, however it is quite common that it washes off with water. Tell the kids that they could draw whatever they want, offer them suggestions that they can make a house or a garden. This is one mode where the kids remain occupied and entertained for hours together.

Crafts can be one of the most exciting things you can do with. There are so many fun things you can do and there are so many little projects which you can move on with. One of the easiest play in crafts is socks sew. You can simply sew in a few buttons in the socks and you can probably ask the child to use fabric painting and paint the socks by making a face on it. While you ask the child to paint the socks just make sure that the child is wearing some rugged clothes and not his school uniform. Be sure that you place a newspaper down on the ground before you get started. You can also teach the child how to design a plain T-shirt with the finger impressions. These are some of the things which the children find it to be very interesting and it also improves and portrays their creativity.
Don't shout
If you want to be loved as a nanny, then it is very much essential that you do not lose your temper. Children can be annoying at few instances but you can't afford to lose your temper or they will start getting afraid of you. Always try to be a friend and not disciplinarian. Try to make them disciplined in such a way that they do not realize that they are being disciplined. Don't yell. Enjoy yourself and let the kids also enjoy.
