Another breath taking extravaganza by Cirque de Soleil is Mystère, an irresistible sensory experience. This show exhibits continuous motion featuring high-energy fine acrobatics, provocative dances, bright-colored costumes and luminous lighting. This show is fiesta of passions and colors, beauty and frailty that evokes remote past but articulates the future.
It beats rhythm and music. Cirque du Soleil's Mystere is an astounding theatrical production featuring a story of two babies who discover a whole new world crammed with unique creatures and brilliant colors, bumping into a clown, acrobats, dancers and musicians on their way. This show is presented in the Mystere Theatre at Treasure Island resort. The theatre has the seat capacity of 1,600. Cast consists of 72 acrobats, clowns, comedians, actors, singers and musicians who were preferred from all over the world particularly for this performance.
Cirque du Soleil Mystere show consists on acrobats, dancers, singers, musicians, clowns and actors at the apex of their art. If you want to define the show though I think its almost impossible, Mystère by Cirque du Soleil is a captivating blend of beauty and strength, power and elegance, passion and precision. A fabulous job done by director Franco Dragone. Cirque Du Soleil: Mystère tries to capture the complexity of life through the fragments of performances. The full-flesh story is quite difficult to explain as it is a bunch of vignettes.
The magic is woven in the theatres atmosphere by the strange exotic creatures that are not very different from real life creatures but not quite the same. The dialectic occurrence between the creatures of the fantasy world and the characters thrown in to that world is very intriguing. It highlights how humans try desperately to grasp what life offers to him. The longing to understand someone different form us is finely defined in some scene particularly. Besides the story the sets including Chinese Poles, Aerial High Bar, Korean Plank, Trampoline, Fast Track, Bungee, Hand to Hand, Aerial Cube, Hand Balancing, and a Clown.
The music lovingly complements the psychedelic atmosphere prevailing all through the show. The main characters two giant babies include Les Epouvantables, processing the world around them. Then there is a machine named Desexmachina. It standardizes the existence of every thing present here and also inevitably pulverizes down the individual that is the archangels. Archangels actually are the guardians of happiness named as Inti X and Inti Y depicted as viruses more than ready to infect everyone. And everyone includes the Tribe, who are the ancient ghosts and modern humanity plus others like the Asticots, the Black Virgin, the Firebird, Stats and Mephisto. These characters will provide you an idea of the strangeness you can anticipate while you witness this unique show.
The sets and special effects work as a catalyst for the amazing show. The show presents an apparent as well as a deeper meaning. If you go deeper in the core of the show it tells you that from the very start of life to the modern human civilizations, the driving forces been the key speak of life, throbbing, struggling, reproducing, and weaving through the process of death and rebirth. Life is a journey of from nothingness to vastness, from royal to horrifying, from the most delicate to most prevailing.
These are all the shades of life that make it a mergence of past, present and all emotions. Its about disappointments and the ray of hope in ones life that always remains though sometimes gets tainted by the agony but keeps you moving ahead in life. Doesn't matter you view it on an apparent manner to appreciate the sheer beauty of the skills and expertise of the performers or go deep in to the meaning of the show. Its a total entertaining and soul absorbing experience.
